Under the skillful leadership of Charis Siebenga, blüm’s reputation for outstanding work has grown — providing a unique opportunity for luxury property owners and managers to elevate their properties and distinguish themselves in a competitive market.
With positive attitudes and tireless energy, Charis and her team rely on their love for the outdoors and knowledge of horticulture to design, plant and care for beautiful seasonal hotel gardens, golf courses and other luxury landscapes throughout the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver Area.
Charis Siebenga
MANAGING PARTNER, blüm LUXURY GARDENS
Charis Siebenga is the Managing Partner—and the heart—of blüm Luxury Gardens. With a deep-rooted love for the outdoors and a passion for plants, Charis founded the company to bring intentional, beautiful landscapes to life. Her strong horticultural background is backed by over 13 years of experience in sales and product management at a local flower bulb and perennial distributor, where she developed a sharp eye for quality, detail, and design.
Charis leads with creativity, care, and vision—shaping every aspect of the business to reflect her values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and connection to nature. She’s not only a strategic force behind the scenes, but also an inspiring presence in the field, collaborating closely with clients and the team to deliver thoughtful, high-end outdoor spaces.
When she’s not immersed in garden design or company operations, you’ll find Charis adventuring with her dog, Fern. In the summer, they’re mountain biking through the trails; in the winter, they’re splitboarding in the backcountry. And when she’s looking to unplug and unwind, she enjoys rock hounding—chasing geology rather than botany, just for the fun of it.
Her leadership and love for the natural world continue to shape blüm Luxury Gardens into a company known for both its beauty and authenticity.
Jeremy de Haan
Operations Manager
Jeremy de Haan has been a dedicated member of the blüm Luxury Gardens team since 2019. Starting as a crew foreman, he quickly established himself as a leader with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces. Now serving as the Operations Manager, Jeremy ensures that every project runs smoothly, maintaining the high standards that define blüm Luxury Gardens.
Ryan Kelly
Account Manager
Ryan Kelly is a dedicated Account Manager at blüm Luxury Gardens, known for his personable approach and commitment to exceptional client care. With a strong background in landscape management, he thrives on building relationships and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of beauty and functionality.
Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his son and fiancée. He has a big heart for dogs and enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s playing street hockey, going on adventures with his pups, or simply unwinding in nature. His enthusiasm for life and genuine care for others make him a valued member of the blüm team.
Rebecca
Head Gardener
Hailing from the East Coast—Grand Bank, NL—Rebecca brings a fresh and artistic approach to every planter she creates. With a Diploma in Managed Landscapes, a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Landscape Horticulture, and a Certificate in Floral Design, she’s the expert behind the stunning seasonal displays that keep our spaces looking vibrant year-round.
From designing lush spring planters to crafting cozy winter arrangements, Rebecca’s keen eye for detail and deep love for horticulture ensure that each display is both beautiful and thriving. She doesn’t just decorate a space—she transforms it.
When she’s not busy working her plant magic, you can find Rebecca out on the water, paddleboarding and enjoying the great outdoors
